Great floor staff who were ever so helpful in my glasses choice. How good is 2pair for one.A really striking range of spectacles . Great designer label quality and quantity. At the pointy end of the experience which is the analysis and prescribing Jane is quite brilliant. Always a pleasure to be looked after by the team at Specsavers. .Love the way you are addressed by your chosen name.

Great service. Thorough and professional. Staff are helpful, courteous and knowledgeable. Amazing selection of frames to choose from, with excellent assistance from staff. Wonderful after service with adjustments and tweaks.

The staff are super friendly, extremely helpful and really knowledgeable. They went above and beyond to give me a wonderful experience. From the moment of entering into Specsavers, I was made to feel welcome and even though I had to wait for a few minutes until my appointment, a staff member checked in with me to let me know how much longer I had to wait. When choosing my glasses, the staff helped me to decide which glasses suited me and they were patient and supportive as I roamed the shop, looking for the perfect pair. From the beginning of my experience with Specsavers until the end of the process, I was treated as a valuable customer. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Specsavers and it is the reason I choose them to replace my glasses each year.

I had my first experience with the team at the Menai store this week. The staff here were fantastic. Very friendly and extremely efficient. A special shout out to Bec who was just an absolute delight to deal with. I thoroughly enjoyed talking with Bec throughout the appointment. She is an asset to the team. I hope to see you again when I go back to pickup my glasses in a couple of weeks time. Job well done Specsavers Menai.

I had the best service at specsavers in Menai marketplace. The staff went out of their way to get my contact lenses that I needed, and on time for my holiday at such a short timeframe. They went over and above and provided the best customer service and experience. Would highly recommend! I will definitely be a returning customer.

A big shout out to the team at Menai for helping me today with a prescription update and new glasses. My optometrist was thorough and helpful and choosing frames was easy because the frames recommended to me after asking some questions about what I wanted were perfect. It could have taken half an hour. It took 5 minutes. I bought the first two shown to me. Pretty much the perfect experience. Recommended highly.
